Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll wear multiple hats — supporting sales floor operations, overseeing inventory, and driving local marketing efforts. You’ll act as a role model on the sales floor, help coach team members, and step up when the Store Manager is away.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store experience.

  • Support daily sales goals and KPIs by motivating the team.

  • Lead by example on the floor: selling, upselling, and resolving customer issues.

Operations & Inventory

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage stock levels, organize inventory, and assist with receiving and processing shipments.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Support and execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to social media content and local outreach to drive foot traffic.

  • Partner with the Store Manager to brainstorm community engagement ideas and brand-building opportunities.

Team Support

  • Train and guide new team members on store processes and customer service.

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

  • Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience; leadership experience a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic social media platforms.

  • Reliable, organized, and ready to hustle when needed.

  • Passion for people, sales, and creating memorable customer experiences.
